Şti.” in the name of the recipient, and your 5-digit “ORDER NUMBER” in the explanation part for the money order/EFT you will make. Payment must be completed within 24 hours after the order is placed. BCE Parts reserves the right to cancel orders that are not paid within 24 hours.

You can follow the current status of your order in the “My Orders” field under the “My Account” menu.

When you become a member of bceparts.com, you can easily view all your orders from the ‘My Account’ menu. You won’t have to re-enter your information for each order.

After clicking on the ‘Human Icon‘ at the top of the bceparts.com page, you can complete the membership process by clicking the ‘Register‘ button and filling out the form. You will need to fill in the requested information completely and set a unique password for yourself.

You cannot place an order on our website without being a member.

You can send your request by calling us or by e-mail for the cancellation of your orders that have not yet been delivered to the cargo.

Since your order cannot be canceled if your product has been shipped, you must send it back without receiving it when the cargo reaches you.

Your product will be shipped within 2 business days after your order is confirmed.

Your order will be delivered within the delivery time determined by DHL.
